I keep seeing the same players for selling gold, but http://www.refinity.com has the best payment of anyone. They guarantee it.
People who bought gold jewellery when the prices were low are now inclined to sell part of it to get cash for various needs. It is the price factor which is prompting people to offload gold.

- Contact a jeweler in your area and have them sell them for you on consignment.
- not too many people buy 9 carat gold....but Ebay is your best bet.
- Cash Converters or try doing a bootsale. If they are good quality try jewellers, and you can try classified adverts. E-Bay is ok, but most people want to come and look at it first!

- Take the jewelry to a few jewelers to see who will give you the best bet. Maybe even do some research online to see how much you could get for it. That way you atleast have some knowledge of what you have.

because i have sold my jewellery there before. The second hand jewellery store is the best sollution - The first thing to do is know what the gold is worth currently it is worth £4.09 per gram however unless a shop believes they can turn it round quickly ( very unlikely with todays gold price) they will not give you that. We would offer £3.48 /gm today but this varies all the time, we would remelt it and make something new.
