How can I refine and process my gold dust to gold bars?

I have been considering becoming a gold trader, so I started looking into such things. I'm not sure of the source of your gold dust, unless you have some independent confirmation, you should probably assume it contains impurities, and should be refined. Refining is done by dissolving the gold in aqua regia, and collecting it by electrical deposition. Gold melts at 1947°F, which is much hotter that your stove or an ordinary charcoal fire will go, so melting gold requires special furnaces, which can be quite pricey.

Just offhand, you may wish to sell your gold dust at the best price possible, and buy gold bars with it.
